It’s June, and here in the Pacific Northwest, summer’s waving her golden arms from across the horizon. There’s a radiance that illuminates this part of the world as the days grow longer and light returns in all her splendor.

The ruffling leaves of the maple trees outside my window; the scent of peonies; this soft, spring sky stacked with feathery cirrus clouds — each is a function of light and air, of complex yet elegant processes involving rain, wind and rich, loamy earth. Each is also a function of its own soul, the organic genius that weaves these elements into the pattern of its life. Each is a source of beauty and pleasure, and the miracle of light taking shape and form.

Nature is elegant by design. Left to her own devices, she provides that which is both necessary and sufficient for all life in her care. Nothing more, nothing less.

The elegance principle — which I define as that which is both necessary and sufficient — has guided my choices and actions for the past half-century and more. In life and business, it has served me well in making powerfully effective decisions.

Over the years, I’ve shared this practice with my clients, along with other energy alchemy practices that I’ve developed in partnership with the Devas, and in response to the needs of my community. These have helped me grow my own business into the thriving, vibrant ecology that has served me, and the people and causes I love, for the past forty years.

While longevity is not the only measure of success, it is a measure that calls you to make clear, conscious decisions on behalf of the whole, as you and your business help shape the culture and ecology of the world in which you want to live.

Consider these questions, in relationship to your business today:

  1. Which aspects of your business are necessary, but not sufficient, to fulfill your deepest desires for yourself, your beloveds, our planet and the profits that nourish your business so it thrives and is able to serve beautifully?
  2. Which aspects of your business are sufficient, but not necessary, to fulfill your truest desires for yourself, and for the people, planet and profits that are the lifeblood of your business?
  3. How would you reshape these aspects of your business if you were to make them elegant? I.e., if you chose to participate in only those activities, offers, systems, processes, staff, environments, etc. that were both necessary and sufficient to fulfill your holiest vision and most profound desires for your business, the people and planet it serves, and the profits that keep it vibrant and healthy?

Those of my clients and students who have embraced this way of doing business have transformed their businesses and lives in seemingly miraculous ways.

Most importantly, the women I serve celebrated these accomplishments while developing a deep and abiding relationship with their souls, and consciously choosing spaciousness, ease, rest, and creative play as the foundation for their work in the world.

While this can seem like magic, their accomplishments are the result of clear vision, a profound commitment to wholeness and truth, devotion to their soul’s desires, the power of soul-aligned strategies coupled with the right support, and the willingness to do the work and walk into the unknown, guided by faith and trust.

In following the elegance principle, they’ve done all that is necessary and — just as importantly — no more than is sufficient to realize their creative dreams.

I’m immensely proud of my clients, and the varied and essential ways in which they are leading the change that our world so desperately needs.

If you’re at a stage in your life and business where you’re ready for mentoring that results in right-sized, organic growth; if you sense that there’s a more spacious, elegant way of doing business, but you don’t quite know how to get there; if you’ve been dreaming of a project that feels too massive and complex to tackle on your own…

I will be opening up a couple of spots for private mentoring, starting in July.

“Hiro is one of the most profound and important mentors in my life. She doesn’t just tell me what to do or how to do it, she teaches me how to listen to my own guidance and partner with the Devas and my own soul. Hiro is a co-creative, collaborative partner in the truest sense of the word.

Working with her is the best investment I’ve ever made in myself and my business. My revenues tripled, in 2017, and my business is set for even more organic, effortless growth this year.” —Julie Santiago, Coach, former Wall Street trader, Creator of the Gratitude Circle, JulieSantiago.com

You can work with me privately in two ways:

A single soul and strategy session. This is most useful if you have a specific project you want to develop, clarify or bring into being. If you’ve worked with me before and desire clarity and strategic insight to help you shape a new creation, craft a new business model, or tackle a long-standing issue that’s obstructing your growth and that of your business, this is a good place to check in.

Six-month mentoring partnership. This in-depth mentoring partnership will serve you best if your business is solidly rooted, and you are ready for exponential inner growth, as well as powerful support for new creations, business expansion, refinement, reshaping and revisioning.

However you choose to work with me, you will be held in an impeccable field of grounded presence and powerful potentiality. I bring, to our partnership, a lifetime of soul-powered entrepreneurship, along with mastery in the inner and outer work of soul alignment, energy alchemy, and creating and launching successful transformational programs.
