Timing, payments, cancellation policy & scheduling

• Story Tree Sessions are an hour long, and take place over the phone. I recommend calling in from somewhere quiet, private, and comfortable. If you wish, I can record your session and email you a link to the audio.
• Session appointments are available from 10 am to 2 pm, Monday through Friday, Pacific Time. (I am in Canada, so long distance charges may apply.) If you live in Asia or Australia, get in touch with me to arrange a time that works for both of us. You can check your time zone here.
• If you must cancel an appointment, please let me know at least 96 hours (four days) in advance. This time is being held for you — missed appointments and late cancellations will not be rescheduled or refunded.
• Upon payment, you’ll be directed to a page with your call-in number & instructions on how to schedule your appointment. You’ll have 90 days from your date of payment to use your single session or 6-session package.
