Timing, payments, cancellation policy & scheduling

• Sea of Story Sessions take place twice a month, over the phone, and are an hour long. I recommend calling in from somewhere quiet, private, and comfortable. I am in Canada, so long-distance charges will apply. If you wish, I can record your session and email you a link to the audio.
• Session appointments are available from 10 am to 2 pm, Monday through Friday, Pacific Time. Before you purchase your program, please get in touch with me through my assistant, susan@hiroboga.com, to make sure I have room in my calendar. We’ll arrange a schedule of two sessions each month for six months. You can check your time zone here.
• If you must cancel an appointment, please let me know at least 96 hours (four days) in advance. This time is being held for you — missed appointments and late cancellations will not be rescheduled or refunded.
• Upon payment, you’ll be directed to a page with your call-in number & instructions on how to schedule your appointment. You’ll have six months from your date of payment to complete your series of twelve sessions.

The Sea of Story is a six-month (twelve-session) commitment. The cost is $6000 (USD), payable at the time of registration. The program fee is non-refundable.
