What Is It?
Sovereignty is a quality of soul–we’re all born with it. It’s as natural to us as breathing. Each of us is given the gift of life, and with it, the gift of our inner kingdom.
This means you are the queen or king of your life. You have both the authority and the responsibility to govern your inner kingdom wisely.
It’s Not Easy
Being the queen or king of your own life is challenging. Most of us didn’t grow up knowing we were sovereign. So it’s not surprising that we struggle with this. How to feel sovereign when the dishwasher breaks, or the computer throws a fit, or office politics turn twisted?
So much of the time, it seems as though we’re barely muddling through. We feel ashamed for not doing it right. Or angry that–once again–we agreed to do something we really didn’t want to do. Or guilty for not living the life that we know, in our hearts, we long to live.
The truth is, we’re all still learning how to be the queen or king of our inner kingdom. This is the stuff we should have learned back in kindergarten, when we were being taught how to say please and thank you, and how not to pick our noses in public.
Instead, we learned to see ourselves in other people’s eyes. To look to others to tell us what to do. We learned to bury those aspects of ourselves that didn’t conform to the expectations of our family, or culture. We learned to fit in, and to follow The Rules.
Until our heads became so stuffed with what-not-to-do, and what-you-absolutely-must-do, that we lost touch with how we really feel, and what we truly need to be happy.
In Sovereignty Kindergarten, you’ll learn skills and tools to help you return to your inner kingdom; to wear your crown with confidence. We’ll play. We’ll explore. We’ll learn about our selves. And we’ll have fun doing it.
Because being sovereign in your own life is a grand creative adventure. It’s fun, even when it’s hard.
Why Sovereignty Kindergarten? What will this look like?
It’s kindergarten! So, we’ll learn by playing, trying things, seeing how they work in our lives, and then trying other things.
We’ll wear sparkly crowns. We’ll practice swanning around in ermine robes. We’ll learn how to wield a scepter without breaking anything.
There will be snacks. And naps. And maybe even red smocks to wear when we finger-paint with chocolate pudding.
(Okay, since this is a teleclass, you’ll have to bring your own chocolate pudding.)
Play, humor, silliness and fun are all part of Sovereignty. After all, when you’re the queen or king of your own kingdom, you can run it any way you please! Remember how much fun you had making things with PlayDo, or blowing bubbles, or flying a green-and-blue kite with a dragon’s tail? Kindergarten and Sovereignty were made for each other!
Creating and transforming energy happens most easily in the spirit of play.
We’ll spend six weeks together, playing with energy, and transforming our patterns around sovereignty. You’ll learn what works for you, and what doesn’t. Because you are unique, your crown will be too.
You’ll learn the techniques I’ve taught thousands of people, to help you wear your crown with confidence. By the end of the class, you’ll have your own royal regalia, in the form of practical skills for governing your inner kingdom.

- How to take responsibility for your own kingdom, and honor others’ capacity to take care of theirs
- How to live in alignment with your heart, your soul, and the Sacred

- Six 90-minute teleclasses.* Wednesdays, July 14, 21, 28 and August 4, 11 and 18, from 10 to 11:30 am Pacific Time.
- During each class you’ll learn powerful energy techniques that will help you transform your relationship with your self and the kingdom of your life.
- After each class, you’ll get an audio recording of the class, and a PlayBook that includes what we learned in class that day.
- In between classes, you’ll have time to practice and play with Sovereignty.
- Throughout the course, you’ll be able to post your questions, discoveries, insights and reports on your progress on a password-protected course page. And you’ll get support, feedback and help for your specific situation.
