Mentoring and One-on-one Sessions:

If you must cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance. This time is reserved for you, and you are responsible for full payment for any session canceled, missed, or rescheduled within 72 hours of the appointment.

Classes and Programs

Things do come up. I understand. If you withdraw up to 31 days before a class or program begins, we will return your tuition minus $150 administrative fee. If you withdraw 30 days or less, prior to the start of a program, your tuition is non-refundable.
