Thank you for purchasing a private session with me.

You’ll have:

• 90 days (3 months) from your date of payment to complete your Story Tree session.
• 180 days (6 months) from your date of payment to complete your 12-session Sea of Story program.

Please email me directly, hiro @ hiroboga . com to reserve your appointment(s). Appointments are available from 10 am to 2 pm, Monday through Friday, Pacific Time. You can check your time zone here.

Once you contact me to arrange your appointment: if this is your first time working with me, I will send you a brief, pre-session questionnaire to help me understand your business, and the main issue/s you’d like to explore during your session. This will allow us to focus our session directly on your most pressing issue, as an entry point for clarity, healing and transformation.

(After reviewing your responses to the pre-session questionnaire, if I feel you would be better served by another program or person, I will let you know right away and refund your session prepayment. Otherwise, we will arrange a date and time for your appointment.)

At the time of your appointment, please call me at (250) 585-7523. (I am in Canada, so long-distance charges may apply.) Each session is an hour long, and if you have access to a headset (or speaker phone), I recommend using it, for your comfort.

I do not record your session, but you are welcome to record it if you wish to do so.

If you must cancel an appointment, please let me know at least 4 days (96 hours) in advance. This time is being held for you – missed appointments and late cancellations will not be rescheduled or refunded.
