That’s what business advisers are for. They see — clearly — which parts of this monologue are your inner GPS system at work, and which parts are your stuff showing up again. They show you possibilities you might never think of on your own. They help you explore a range of choices and discover which one is the best fit for you.

Business advisers are great. They’re also expensive.

That’s why being able to draw on your own wisdom, genius, clarity and inner knowing to make good decisions for yourself and your business brings such a sense of relief.

What you really need to be successful.

It’s not what you think.

Here’s the thing. When you have a business, you can feel as though you’re steering your boat across a choppy sea of risk. A treacherous sea, with sudden squalls that can force you to change direction quickly.

As a small business owner, you are vulnerable. Not only to market forces and unexpected shifts in the economy, but—because your business depends on you—to overwork and overwhelm, and your own patterns of resistance that drain your time, energy and creative enthusiasm.

Being a business owner launches you on a voyage of growth and discovery in which the stakes are high because your livelihood depends on meeting the challenges you face every day.

It’s hard to hold onto your enthusiasm and vision when nothing feels really stable from month to month.

To be really successful, you need practical skills to help you feel grounded, calm, safe, and present no matter what is going on in your life or in your business.

You have within you everything you need to succeed. And you have powerful allies and helpers in many dimensions who are as invested in your success as you are.

In this experiential, highly interactive class (conducted by phone, so you can learn in the privacy of your own home and hang out in your pj’s if you like!) you will learn skills and processes to connect with the qualities you need to be successful in your business. These qualities are already within you. What you’ll learn is a reliable way to access them.

You will tap into the deep well of your creative power and genius. You will connect with the support and help of your allies. And you will bring that power into your work and your life in ways that will change you and your world.

Part One of the class will focus on developing foundational skills in working with energy.

  • You will learn how to ground, center, and be present, no matter what is going on around you.
  • You will have the skills to disperse the fog of confusion and overwhelm, calm yourself, and make good, clear choices for yourself and your business.
  • You will develop a regular practice of communicating with your inner crew—your wiser, more fully integrated self. You will learn how to recognize and unravel those patterns that no longer serve you, and replace them with healthy alternatives.
  • You will be able to sit down with all of your selves—including your visionary self and your practical, business-strategist self—to discover what it is you truly want to do. And then chart your course so that your own creativity and genius are at the helm of your business.

Being able to do this is important because otherwise you can end up feeling disconnected and lost, or else panicking when things go wrong or your business goes through a temporary lull.

When you’re your own Business Adviser, you can ride these waves of uncertainty with more ease and confidence, because you have skills to help you return to safety and connection.

And that’s the foundation you need to get started on Decision-Making Magic, which is what we’ll cover in Part Two.

It’s not really magic. But it feels like it.

So much of the time you spend on your business is really time spent wondering if you’re making the right choices and decisions. “Do I partner with so and so?” “Should I buy this product?” “Is this the right person to hire to help me with my business?” “How much should I charge for this service?”

You can feel lost and bewildered, wishing there were some magic formula to help you arrive at the right answer.

The truth is: you already know what you want to do.

You already know what’s best for you.

When I work with my private clients, we often begin by clearing out the fog that gets in the way of knowing what they already know. And then connecting with their own creativity, wisdom, power, and other qualities that can help them reach their goals.

In the second part of this course, I’m going to teach you how to do this for yourself. You will learn practical, effective techniques for actively removing the stuff that keeps you from knowing your heart’s true desire. And you’ll learn skills to transform stuck patterns, lethargy, fear and resistance into creative momentum in your business.

This is the section of the class in which we’ll cover the technical skills for developing intuition and clear seeing.

You may find yourself thinking: But I can’t see! I won’t be able to do this. I’m not that intuitive.

I promise you: clear seeing is natural. It’s a capacity you were born with. It may have disappeared underground, but you know how to do this, and with my help, you’ll get good at it.

I’ve taught these techniques to hundreds of people and used them with thousands of clients. And I’ve developed teaching methods that will help you not only to see clearly, but to trust what you see and trust that you can see.

Even if right now that seems like the most unlikely thing in the world.

We will make sure that your intuitive skills, as they apply to your business, are clear and dependable.

And then we’ll practice. A lot.

We’ll be working in small groups, with a lot of supervision from me. And we’ll be working on projects.

In other words, you will choose something that you want to create or change in your business, and we will figure out how to make it happen, using your new business adviser intuitive skills, and the support of the whole group.

When you do, you’ll be clear about what you want, so you’ll use your time with them much more effectively. And, your intuitive skills will help you decide on the best person to work with, and the best time to work with them.

  • You’re great at what you do. You love your work and want to make a difference in your world. And you have a tough time putting yourself and your business out there in a clearly visible way.
  • Your business is pretty successful, but you feel stagnant and ready for a change.
  • You have fabulous skills, knowledge and experience, but are tired of working long hours and want to explore more sustainable ways of shaping your business.
  • You want to be able to make wise choices and clear decisions.
  • You are comfortable with transformational process, take responsibility for your choices and decisions, and are willing to work on your stuff when it comes up.

Prerequisites:

  • You must have had at least one private session with me, to qualify for this program. This is a small group—no more than 15 participants—and it’s important that each person in it has previous experience with my work.
  • I will carefully consider each application, and if it doesn’t seem like a good fit for you, I will let you know right away and refund your deposit promptly.

The cost of the program:

The last time I taught this course it was an intensive, two-year program, and it was a $12,000 investment. This time I’ve pared it down to the essentials, so that it’s something you can do now.

What if I have to miss a class? Can I make it up somehow?

The classes will be recorded, so if you miss a class you’ll be able to listen to the recording.

What’s your cancellation policy? What if I make my payment and can’t make it to the class?

Things do come up — I understand. If you cancel before December 1st, you’ll get a refund of the money you’ve paid, less an administrative fee of $200.

After December 1st, I can only give you a refund if I’m able to fill the spot that was reserved for you. If your spot is filled, I’ll refund your payment less the administrative fee of $200.
