Hiro,
I love that you start the journey with awareness and intention around self-care. I’ve lived in several resort communities where I noticed a huge number of people coming for adventures, and spending time recovering from some less than wise and sometimes downright reckless thing they did to themselves. Like get really sunburned on the first day out.

I also love gathering food for the soul to get ready. Remembering who we really are…
