4. Clear energies and emotions that are not yours, out of your chakras and energy field.

This is the second time since this weekend that I have heard this advice. How liberating it's been just to realize that not all the emotions I feel are necessarily mine, and that I can learn to differentiate and clear the ones that don't belong to me.

7. Confusion is almost always a sign that you’re dealing with energies–or emotions, or pictures or beliefs–that aren’t yours. Clear out anything that doesn’t belong to you, and then see how you feel.

What a simple and useful concept - to use confusion as a sign of being affected by energies and emotions of others.

I too would love to hear more about the energy and vibration of colors in our brains and our chakras. I hope you will share more of these wonderful, practical tools to apply to keep ourselves centered and positve and free from fearful, negative influences.

Mahalo e Hiro. Thank you for sharing this.

When I read this post, I felt like you'd written it just for me! And I know that it must speak to so many people. Wise words -- and wise PRACTICES -- indeed.

Great post! I think we underestimate the power that our emotional state can have on our loved ones. If we are down we have a ripple effect that pulls those around us down. But if we tend our own little patch of earth and allow it to bloom that has a ripple effect too. Thanks for offering some tools to keep us green and flowering.

Thank you so much for this post. It appeared just at the right time, when my confusion was the greatest and my fears the loudest. I have managed to reduce both last night and I am now starting to feel my way back to centre again. I too will carry these gems in my journal, as an antidote for times of stress and distress.

Thank you so much Hiro,

What a reassuring list of do-able and calming actions. I'm writing all these points down into my journal so I can carry them around with me as a reminder for when I'm feeling overwhelmed.

Pink-gold vibration in reptilian brain = so nurturing feeling and beautiful. That's my new favorite color.

Wow, Hiro! Here's what hit me (almost physically!):

Connect with your soul through the BACK of the fourth chakra. (caps mine obv)

I have always had the sensation of an opening there, sometimes it's A Hole but never have thought of chakras in terms of front and back except when I think of them as spheres. It's also the spot where I think of my wings sprouting (someday!). Thanks for that new perspective.

I also loved number 13, about colored light and those energy centers. Do tell more! I'll be lurking about reading on those in the very near future!

xxoo

Keeping in touch with our wholeness is the most powerful move we can do to counteract the entropy affect which is the guiding of of this physical realm. I believe the we are living in our weakest dimension. And after our bodies return to the earth, we can go back to our higher form. :-)

I continue to be expanded and touched by your beautiful spirit and your wisdom (& I loved your presence & sharing at Jen Louden's Virtual Retreat)...

I really appreciated this post...

Can you say more about how the different colors of light affect the brain?

I was very intrigued by that part...

Thanks for the useful tips — I'm going to print them out, too.
